Never ‘Just’ A Mama: Mamacita Collective’s Exclusive Luncheon at The Ivy Chelsea Garden

On October 16th, we hosted an intimate and inspiring luncheon at the stunning Ivy Chelsea Garden Glass Room. With an exclusive guest list of influential mums, mums-to-be, and creators, this was more than just a PR event – it was a celebration of motherhood, empowerment, and community. Technically, it was the first of our Mamacita Meetups!

From the moment guests stepped into the beautiful Glass Room, they were greeted by an atmosphere that perfectly captured Mamacita’s essence: elegant, thoughtful, and full of joy. The room was filled with laughter and conversation as our guests mingled, shared their experiences, and connected over a shared passion for celebrating the journey of motherhood.

A specifically curated experience

Our luncheon was not just a gathering, but a sensory experience designed to inspire. The beautifully curated tablescape featured stunning floral arrangements, personalised place settings, embroidered napkins and a mouthwatering menu that delighted the senses. Each guest was treated to a luxury gift box, filled with products that reflect Mamacita Collective’s ethos – gifts designed to pamper and uplift the modern mama.

As our website officially launched on October 1st, this event marked the beginning of an exciting journey for Mamacita Collective. Our mission is to redefine the world of luxury gifting for mothers, placing the focus on the mums themselves. We believe that motherhood is a journey of both joy and sacrifice, and it’s time to honour that with thoughtful, personalised gifts that celebrate the woman behind the role of ‘mama.’

Highlights from the day

Our guest list was nothing short of inspiring, with some of the most well-known names in the influencer and blogging world gracing us with their presence. Guests included violinist and mother Lettice Rowbotham, ex-Made In Chelsea star and stylish mama Frankie Gaff, fashion blogger and pregnant mum of one Kate Waldron, and TV presenter Zoe Hardman, just to name a few. Each mama left with a bespoke gift, from luxurious nightdresses to unique ‘boob chocolates,’ all designed to indulge and uplift.

Throughout the afternoon, conversations flourished about the ups and downs of motherhood, with many guests sharing their excitement about the future of Mamacita Collective. The energy in the room was electric – a true testament to the power of mums supporting mums!

How we plan to build a mama-led community

As we reflect on this incredible day, one thing is clear: Mamacita Collective is more than a luxury gifting brand. We are building a mama-led community where women can connect, share, and support one another. Our luncheon was just the beginning of a series of events and collaborations designed to foster this community and create a space where motherhood is celebrated in all its forms.

Thank you to all who attended, and to those who helped make this day as magical as it was. We look forward to many more moments like these, where we can continue to uplift and empower mamas everywhere.

Stay tuned for our upcoming events, collaborations, and exclusive products. Let’s continue to celebrate motherhood – because being a mama is never ‘just’ being a mama!
