If you have purchased with UK standard delivery, your order will be with you in 2-5 working days from the date the order was placed. If you’ve added personalisation, we advise allowing 5 working days for your order to be delivered. Our pyjamas, robes, nightdress and knickers: These items can be machine washed at 30 degrees and we advise avoiding tumble drying- If necessary, you can iron out any creases. For all items we strongly advise washing with similar colours.
Silk eye masks and scrunchies: We advise handwashing with warm soapy water and laying flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying.
Facial eye roller: Gently wipe down with a warm damp cloth after every couple of uses or as desired.
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards.

(!) Please note customised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be safe please allow an additional 5 business days to the standard shipping time.
No, we don't, so don't worry if you're sending direct to the recipient, they won't see cost details. You do however, receive an email confirmation of your order so please put your own email when choosing a gift.
We’re more than happy to supply you with a VAT receipt - just pop an email to us at hello@mamacitacollective.com and we can look into this for you.
As we don’t offer an exchange service, we do ask for the order to be sent back and a new order placed. If you wish to speak with the person who gifted it to you, please do let them know to get in touch should the order have been placed with us directly.

Once an order is placed, our team gets to work picking, packing and personalising. For this reason we’re unable to cancel or make any changes.
We’re unable to amend any part of an order once placed, whether this be the products, or shipping address, so we do ask that you double check all details before you confirm your order.
